RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


Your satisfaction is our goal, the purpose of GoDeeper Intimate World as an online sex shop. If the item you received does not meet your expectations (by malfunction, or any other reason), please access our form.
After receiving the item and checking the conditions of exchange or return, a credit note or voucher will be issued. The credit note will only be issued for the value of the returned items, i.e. we will not reimburse shipping and packaging costs and collection charges, if applicable.

Print, fill out and sign the form, enclosing it with the return of your item, up to 15 working days from the invoice date.
Please note the following conditions:

- Returns are not accepted where the wrapping plastic has been removed, or the seal of inviolability guarantee (unless in the case of proven item malfunction), or the labels removed in the case of lingerie or signs of use, or damaged original packaging;

- Are not accepted returns of: foodstuffs or food supplements; creams, oils or lubricants; DVD's; articles of use / intimate hygiene;

- Always check if it is the product you want and/or ordered, before removing the plastic or the warranty seal of inviolability;

- Whenever you return items, please make sure they are properly packed in their original packaging, returns with damaged packaging will not be accepted;

- The shipping method is the responsibility of the client.

- Orders returned by collection will not be accepted.

- Accompanied by the respective original invoice.

- The product must be in perfect condition and with no apparent signs of being used.

- The product must be correctly packed before return.

- It is necessary that the product has not been used. Products where the packaging has been adhered with stickers, price tags, adhesive paper or similar. Will not be accepted.

 

WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING COSTS WHEN MAKING A RETURN?

 

If the product is to be exchanged or returned because you do not like it or you cancel your purchase, the shipping costs must be paid by you.

If the product is defective or damaged and the two year warranty is processed, the shipping costs are paid by GoDeeper Intimate World, within 15 days from the original delivery. If you have exceeded 15 days the postage is to be paid by you.



CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER?

BEFORE RETURNING A PRODUCT WE SUGGEST...


We know that distractions happen, above all we want to guarantee the satisfaction of all our customers and that includes avoiding unnecessary expenses on the customer's part. So before returning the product to us we suggest you check the following (if applicable) :

  • You should put new batteries in it (the included batteries may have lost their charge in the meantime, since they are supplied from the factory)
  • Check that the batteries are inserted in the correct position
  • If there is a plastic/paper casing inside the battery compartment, it should NOT be removed
  • On some devices the on/off button must be pressed for 3 seconds to start working
  • Screw down the battery compartment tightly as the device is waterproof/splashproof and must be tightly closed to operate
  • The hole where you will insert the charger is protected by a resistant silicone membrane. You must insert the cable firmly in order to make good contact
  • The magnetic poles of the charger must be firmly "glued" to the poles of the device in order to charge properly (make sure the device is in a stable position).
  • We suggest you charge through a wall outlet, as it is much faster
  • If it still does not work, then you should return the product to us.

 

 WHAT SHOULD I DO TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

Send an email to returns@godeeper-intimateworld.com with the following fields:

  1. YOUR NAME
  2. ORDER NUMBER
  3. PRODUCT(S) NAME YOU WANT TO RETURN
  4. THE REASON WHY YOU WANT TO RETURN

When we receive this email we will analyse and authorise it once we have reviewed your case. 

Then we will give you the next steps to take.

Once the package is received and the return is accepted by our Return’s Department, we will credit the cost of the product.

 

PRODUCTS 3 YEARS WARRANTY

 

You have 3 years to return any type of product that does not work or has manufacturing defects. We will process the warranty with the manufacturer.

 

We guarantee that the products we sell work correctly, and if they have any manufacturing defects we will exchange them with no costs. We deal with claims made to the manufacturer. The 3-year warranty means that the products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects during that period, but not against misuse or improper use.
