DISCREET PACKAGING

We want to be your online sex shop, so we offer you all the facilities to make your purchases safely and discreetly. Our packages are not branded. No one will know the contents of the package.

All deliveries are made in standard boxes that do not provide additional information about the contents. The sender's name refers to a private name, without any sexual connotation.

The sender of your order will not identify our store.

ORDER DELIVERY

Delivery is made between 1 and 5 working days, provided that all items are in stock. This period applies to orders to be delivered within mainland Portugal.

Deliveries are made by carrier services to Europe, by DHL, DHL Express, MRW, FedEx, Nacex, Seur, or Correos Express.

The delivery companies have no knowledge of the contents of the package they carry.

Delays or failures in deliveries may - unfortunately and rarely - occur. Even if the delay is the responsibility of the delivery companies, we are always aware of these situations to try to minimize the possibility of them happening. If they do happen, we always try to solve them in the simplest and quickest way.

Deliveries are made only on business days.

Sending to countries outside the European Union: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs clearance fees and duties, which will be charged once the order arrives in the respective non-EU country, in addition to storage fees / customs clearance fees that may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.
